A Sac-à-perle, France, around 1960/70, is very suitable for larger rooms. The body is made of brass, with a gold bronze patina and weighs approx. 16 kg. Of a total of 9 burners, 6 are arranged on the main ring and 3 in the interior of the chandelier. The luminosity is thus harmoniously balanced across the board. 6 short, curved light arms adorn the main hoop. Long crystal cascades made of small buckets run from the crown to the main ring. Four high-quality long ice pears (ancient form) are linked to the 6 crystal bowls of the outer focal points. The "Bas de Lüstre" lower end is designed with 2 lower hoop rings, a basket and a large faceted crystal ball.
The candlestick, including the electrics, are in very good condition.
Dimensions: diameter with arms is 75 cm and body length is 90 cm. The total length of 102 cm can be easily extended.
