I ship my chandeliers and lighting fixtures internationally.

I currently ship to the following countries:

 

USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Taiwan, Südkorea, Hongkong, 

 

All items offered in my shop are handled with great care and experience.

Due to the delicate and often fragile nature of chandeliers and old lighting fixtures, each item is packed very carefully and professionally to ensure safe transport.

 

For secure shipping, chandeliers are partially disassembled.

Arms, bobeches, crystals and other delicate elements are carefully removed, individually wrapped and safely packed. This method significantly reduces the risk of damage during transport and has proven to be the safest way to ship chandeliers worldwide.

 

Shipping is carried out exclusively with DHL Express.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 1–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

 

Shipping costs are highly individual and depend on the destination country, as well as the size and weight of the chandelier.

 

For this reason, shipping costs are calculated individually for each order.

All shipments are fully insured.

Please note that any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the regulations of the destination country.

 

Returns

 

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The buyer must contact the seller in advance before returning an item.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• The item must be securely and professionally packed for return shipping.
• All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

 

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued accordingly.

 

Due to the size, weight and fragile nature of chandeliers and antique lighting fixtures, return shipping must be arranged with particular care.
