Large Classicist Style Chandelier – Nickel Finish, 8 Lights
This impressive chandelier is a striking example of classical lighting design and is perfectly suited for large rooms, period interiors, or elegant reception areas. Its design is inspired by the architectural forms of late 18th-century classicism.
The substantial body features a nickel finish and weighs approximately 35 kg, highlighting the solid and high-quality construction. From the strong entablature extend eight elegantly curved arms, forming a harmonious circle of lights.
A particularly remarkable feature are the large figurehead sculptures (caryatid-style ornaments) decorating the central column and the entablature, giving the chandelier a powerful sculptural appearance. The central column itself is robustly designed and composed of several fluted column segments, reminiscent of classical architectural elements. The lower section ends in a large decorative finial.
The chandelier is approximately 40–50 years old and remains in very good condition, including the electrical wiring.
With a diameter of approx. 80 cm and a body height of approx. 70 cm, the chandelier has an impressive presence. The total height of approx. 110 cm can easily be adjusted or extended if desired.
