Antique Empire Chandelier Brass Crystal 4 Light Rare Spear Cut Prisms
Offered is this elegant antique Empire chandelier with rare spear-cut crystal prisms.
The frame is made of solid brass and displays the typical Empire design elements, including laurel garlands, acanthus decorations and gracefully curved arms. A particularly attractive feature is the blue decorative band surrounding the upper ring, giving the chandelier a refined and distinguished appearance.
The two-tier crystal decoration consists of rare elongated spear-cut crystal prisms combined with faceted crystal chains. When illuminated, the crystals create a magnificent sparkle and beautiful rainbow reflections.
The chandelier is fitted with four gracefully curved outer arms carrying the original frosted and clear glass shades. An additional light source is located in the center, providing a total of five lights.
